Between 9th and 11th July the volunteer training course “Vínculos com (a) História: à descoberta das casas históricas da Ribeira Lima” will take place in Ponte de Lima. The young volunteers will collaborate in the opening of 18 historic houses to the public, by helping or guiding visits.

The first day’s sessions will take place in the auditorium of Ponte de Lima’s Secondary School and will be focused on the debate on historic houses and the promotion and dissemination of cultural heritage. The event also includes several visits, thus allowing the volunteers to get to know the participating houses and their owners, which will occur on the 10th and 11th of July.
