VINCULUM website aims to comply with copyright laws and attribute rights correctly. Please report any item which you believe might infringe these principles and your information will receive urgent attention.

Some non-VINCULUM generated footage, photographs, images, and/or graphics that appear on the website are used by VINCULUM with permission from the copyright holder or whiting proper licencing. These materials are generally marked as being copyrighted and/or listed below in the Credits section. To use these copyrighted materials, you must obtain permission from the copyright holder.

Unless specifically noted, footage, photographs, images, and/or graphics on the VINCULUM project website (url: https://www.vinculum.fcsh.unl.pt), along with the site texts, posts and captions, are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0), and may on a non-exclusive basis be reproduced without fee requirement.

The full footage, photographs, images, and/or graphics must be presented in a clear, visible and readable manner to all users. The credit should not be hidden or disassociated from the image footage. Links should be active if the credit is online. Credit can be provided by including a citation such as the following: “ERC VINCULUM, n. 819734 (CC BY-SA 4.0)”

Footage, photographs and images, especially those regarding identifiable persons, but not limited to, may not be used to state or imply the endorsement by VINCULUM project, its partners, suppliers, sponsors, licensing entities or other third parties, of a commercial product or service.

By reproducing VINCULUM website content, in part or in full, the user acknowledges the terms on which such use is permitted.

Note that this general licence does not extend to the use of VINCULUM’s project logo, nor to the logos of the NOVA University Lisbon, nor the logo of its School of Social Sciences and Humanities (NOVA FCSH), nor the European Union flag and European Research Council logos, nor any other institutional or project logos that appear on the VINCULUM project website, which shall remain protected.

Additionally, owners of external websites wishing to link to the VINCULUM website may use VINCULUM’s logo for the link, provided they have obtained prior authorisation from the VINCULUM project and on the condition that such use is clearly identifiable as a web link.

Credits

The implementation of our WordPress website was done in 2020. The website uses stock images in its page layout (Shutterstock.com/©higyou, Standard Licence) and public domain images.

Several photographs, images and graphics throughout this website were created by VINCULUM team members within and specifically for the project.

Otherwise stated into or within text next to, as stated in the list below, all images should be credit as: ERC VINCULUM, n. 819734 (CC BY-SA 4.0).

In some instances, other photographs, images and graphics from other authors might be used with their permission and/or within the scope of Fair Use clauses for copyright-protected works. Their credits are listed per website webpage as follows:
